GLASS BALUSTRADE
Glass Balustradeing is an elegant alternative to spindles in the stairs and landing areas creating a classy reflective area which maximises natural lighting and leaves a simple crisp finish. Glass Balustrades can also be applied outside instead of a wall or railing system to carry on the horizon and give a quality and classy feel to your garden or stairway.
We only use the most advanced toughened glass for our Glass balustrades ensuring they not only look great, but your safety and security needs are met too.
- Internally for stairs and landings if there is a handrail we generally use 10mm clear toughened glass which has a polished edge. This can be fitted either with chrome or brushed finish glass clamps or can be fitted straight into a groove in the timber.
- Alternatively where there is no handrail we would use 17.5mm toughened and laminated glass for maximum safety which can be held to the string of the stairs with standoffs or fit into a stylish channel coming out of the ground.
